Incident Management Services
Our Consultants are professionally trained in managing all work related incidents on behalf of our Clients. We use a simple and logical method to investigate all work related incidents with the view to prevention and minimising costs. We will provide:
Total incident scene management
Compile and publish an initial incident report (Flash report)
Notification to Department of Employment and Labour as per Section 24 of the Act, if necessary
Gathering and processing of all necessary data for identification of causal modes and development of appropriate controls
Publish final incident report to all stakeholders and supervise implementation of recommended controls
